Give everyone and envelope and a sheet of paper. Tell them to write a New Years resoution on the paper and address the evelope to them selfs. 6 monthe later 1 Jul 07 mail all the envelopes. Great fun to see if anyone made thier resoultion.

Depends where you live really. If you are in Scotland there are always big parties in Glasgow, Edinburgh and Aberdeen. Aberdeen have Wet Wet Wet this year I hear.
If you're near London, there's usually a gathering of people in Trafalgar Square or near Big Ben. They usually have some fireworks in the Thames too.
Check your local paper for concerts / open air things on this new year's eve and you can just turn up cosy, participate and then go home and have a few drinks. You never know you might even get invited to someone else's party before then.

1. Beach Party
2. Park Party
3. Go to the Pub and get blistered (with friends of course)
4. Road Trip (celebrate it heading towards some unknown place)
5. Crash somebody else's party
6. Stay home and have a quite dinner with your "closest" friends.
7. Don't do anything!

Local pub is always a good laugh, guarenteed entry for regulars usually a dj and a bit of grub and usually a late drink! Get plastered make a fool of yourself no-one will give a sh*t cos everyone will be doing it. Dont have to worry about expensive cab fares from far off places!!

depends where you stay always a street party somewhere glasgow edinburgh london any big city glasgow got the zutons this year think edinurgh got robbie willaims so there free just take your booze
