Painful urination in men is often the first sign of an STD. Pain at the head during urination is very common in men suffering from gonorrhea. Go to your doctor, or your local Planned Parenthood office ASAP>

Could be gonorrhea knew a few guys that had it and it burned when they peed

But I would see a Dr or go to the Health Dept. see if it's an STD if you have had unprotected sex and then if not see your Dr it's something you need to take care of it's a sign something isn't right with your body
