i had a dream about this guy that i went to high school with and it was a pretty hott dream and ive never dreamed about him before and i dont remember thinking about him yesterday

No, dreams are yours, nothing to do with others unless you two are very connected. Most of time, they are from your own subconscious mind. No one will be able to get into your dream unless some movies (dreamscape - which is good still though) that you can get into someone dream of dream of someone while being dreamed

no sometimes even if u arnt thinking of them something u see or hear can triger a dream even if u arnt thinking of them
