I see nothing wrong with that at all. In fact, I am the same way. I hear a lot of people say they are only into red heads or blondes. In my opinion, those people are just selling themselves short. I can find something to like in almost every women I meet. So, why not flirt with them? Plus, provided you are polite about it, most women seem to be genuinely flattered by it. So, I don't think there is anything wrong with your friend.

I think all men look, I know I do, what your friend needs to work on is controlling it. Women should be respected and loved, not treated like a sport.

Sounds like a sex-fiend to me. I've seen them in action, it scares the living daylights out of me.
I hope he does not turn into a rapist.

Not mental at all, SO not mental it may get him in trouble, sounds like hormones at their peak, or he is very, VERY insecure, and when he gets bored with this he might go gay.

Nothing wrong with liking different types of women. If he is having sex, make sure it is safe, with a condom, no matter what.
