Can see for yourself this January in Superman and Batman Vs. Alien and Predator.
Now, hard to say but in most senses a Predator is a lot like Doomsday, unstoppable. They are not invulnerable though, so I say Superman will have the advantage, but since they are Predators, they know to research their prey, and may bring some green K to the fight, which will put the odds heavily in their favor. Also, where is the fight going to take place?
Superman needs to recharge from Yellow Sunlight, if he expends all his energy he is basically powerless. If he is near a Red Sun, he will also be powerless.
So, depending on that, but I still say Man of Steel will have a better shot.

This is actually a comic book. Superman 'wins', but the Predator just walks away without Supermans skull, as thats what they're always after. So it's not really a win. Plus, becuase the Predator is using a lien technology & weapons, Superman looks almost as beaten up after his clash with DoomsDay.

Superman for sure.
Now Predator vs. Batman would be a good, more evenly set up match. No clear winner there.

I don't see that Predator has anything that can hurt Superman. He could stalk him, sure, and probably learn his secret identity. But defeat him in a fight? No. Predator would use his laser, and Superman might notice, Then he'd use his heat vision back, wide-angle, and Predator would be toast.

Without a doubt it has to be the predator. Fav for scary was the first one, the second movie was great action sequences and the alien vs predator movie is the ultimate. Forget superman. Old hat!!!!

Superman is virtually invulnerable. Predator is not.
(With Kryptonite) Predator might think of a tactic to win.
(Without Kryptonite) Forget it!! Superman will win.

Superman would tear apart the Predator just like he would tear apart anyone else who isn't in his weight class.
