genetics, stemming from living in areas where they are crowded, so as people have babies the babies get the genes from smaller parents and the trend continues on. In Europe and America we have more room and our people tend to be bigger and as each generation passed the traits the kids were big. Now that we are running out of room it is really noticeable how big Europeans and Americans are.

Breeding, natural selection has favoured being taller in the more competitive countries. There has already developed an inch difference between Britain and America in a few generations of essentially the same gene pool.

Look what they eat when you go to an Asian restaurant. See them eating the junk served to Americans? No See a lot of Obese Asians? No. They live a lot longer too.

Two things: meat and milk. Once asians get access to these things, they shoot up in height. You see this in Japan and you see this with asians who grow up in the west. Asians are prized by asian women because, well, everything tends to be bigger if you know what I mean.
