there are lots of things to take into consideration first. the dog is going to be caged in the cargo hold for the entire duration of the flight, according to my vet (as I had wanted to bring my dog to europe) she didnt recomend it at all. the animal goes through hell and doesnt have anyone/thing around for a sense of security. If at all possible dont do it. If its a must make sure all shots and travel documents are current and it goes by the weight of the dog as he will be considered "live cargo". best of luck to your dog.

You need to consult the airline that you will be using. They all have different guideleines and they will also know what if any restrictions there are to taking an animal into Slovak.
For example, to bring a cat or dog to Barbados they have have all their shots but on top of that they have to go to Britain and stay in quaratine for a period of time.
