Romance of The Three Kingdoms. It has become my all time favorite novel. Semi-historical, deeply inspirational. Honor, Love, Loyalty, Bravery, Betrayal, Political Intrigue. You name it this book has it.
It has brought me to tears many times. No wonder it has inspired video games, such as ROTK I-10, Dynasty Warriors, etc..
"We swear Brotherhood under this peach tree. Though we were not born on the same day, we vow to die on the same day!"
Oath of the peach garden, Liu Bei, Guan Yu, Zhang Fei
