The Terminator was done in by 2 ordinary humans. Spiderman can use his Spidey sense and agility to easil avoid the terminators gunfire. Meanwhile Spidey would have him on a webline smashing him into every solid oblect around.. Oops, sorry about that cement truck Termie. Ouch, that El Train had to hurt. Lookie lookie, here comes a 747 in for a landing. Hey Termie, meet the first Skynet. Now just what am I going to do with all these pieces. I know, they are repouring that quick dry cement that Juggy broke out of, I'll just run by and make a little deposite of my own.
Spidey wins

With the help of his spider sense, Spider Man is fast enough to duck and evade gunfire. This will be something that Arnold-- I mean, the Terminator-- will try to take into account, but I'm not sure he can do it. As soon as Spidey realizes that his opponent is faster and stronger than a human being he will stop pulling his punches. And he would probably know about that from the get-go, if he learns about this through normal channels, police scanner, or hearing gunfire inthe distance and then watching the big T as he approaches. Many people forget that Spider Man is capable of lifting ten tons! Not in Hulk's class, but probably just as strong as the Terminator! All he has to do is drop Terminator from some high-rise and he's all over, folks!

Ok so Spider-man verses a T800 is a good fight but Spidey takes this one. As so many have pointed out Spider-man can lift as much, (if not more) than your average T800. I mean this guy has tussled with heavy-wieght robots before, like the Spiderslayers. So a T800 gives Spider-man a beating, but ultimately loses.
If Peter were to tangle with a T1000 things get complicated. Things swings slightly in favor of the T1000. Since the T1000 can copy anything it physically samples would it be able to copy Spidey's powers as well as his physical attributes? If so this becomes much like a fight against Venom. If this is the case Spider-man would be able to think of a way to trick the T1000 into defeat, drawing on his experience in fighting maliable, superstrong enemies.
If we are talking about a T-X (Terminatrix from T3) I STILL think Pete could whoop a**! This model is simply a stronger faster T800 with the T1000's disguise abilities. Spidey wouldn't pull any punches (even though it's a "girl") and once more a terminator goes down.

Ok I got this one. Spiderman could beat any of the "Arnold" model terminators with mininmal effort. The liquid terminator would pose a slightly tougher challange, but Spidey's brain would figure out a way to stop him as well, after all he has found ways to add different things to his webbing to defeat different enemies before. As for the one from the last movie, that would be a toss up, has all the abilities of the first two plus more. If it wasn't one after another, he might still pull it off, agian he would probably get his butt kicked around pretty good until he figured out away. If one of them tried to duplicate him, all he would have to do is just call Venom and let the big guy have a little fun.

If Sarah Conner can destroy the terminator surely spidey will manage somehow. (He'll probably find a way to blame himself for all the damage it causes during the fight though.) Though thinking about it I can't remember Spiderman ever actually using a gun and I'm not sure how much use webs will have on a Terminator. (Ohhh, hand to hand combat that could get messy.) Now I think a fight between Terminator and The Punisher could be good.

If you talking about a single t-800 than spider man would win bu using the enviroment and his science clever factor.
if its an army or a later model than he would contact the fantastic four.
superman vs terminator not as good as robocop vs terminator but better than superman vs thundercats.

ahh no no no
spiderman he can sling everywere so fast plus he can grab the terminators gun's away with his webbing
and if he doesnt do that
have you seen the spiderman movies he can dodge stuff super quick so theres to challenge for spiderman
terminators stronge ill give him that
but how many times did he save the world
like three i guess
spiderman is faster and stronger can stick to walls and can swing all around and kick him in the face lol
and he saves the world everyday
so my choice is SPIDERMAN

Spidey's webs could slow Terminator down, but not for long. The Terminator would never give up and Spidey would die of exhaustion fighting him. RIP Web-slinger.
