Go to your local pharmacy and purchase a product called Nilodor i have only found this product at the pharmacies don't know why....it comes in two forms either an arosol spray or in concentrated drops..for your problem get the drops..just a couple should do the trick ..for a home remedy use a mesuring cup and put 1/2 cup of vinegar and about ten drops of tabasco sauce..pour it on the spot and let it sit for about thirty minutes and then clean with pinesol or any other good house cleaner to remove the tabasco and vinegar....i have two dogs and they have had three batches of pups with a total of 29 pups and they all lives in the basement so i have done this numerous times and my basement does not smell what so ever..

I recommend spraying the concrete with bleach or Comet and using a long handled deck brush to scrub the floor. Make sure to open windows or turn on a fan. You might have to do this more than once as the concrete is a porous surface.

Try Thompsons Water Seal or Kliz and "paint" your floor with it! We use that and we have a carpet cleaning company! Works great!

Don't use Ammonia on it, the dog will continue to use that spot. Clean with soap and water and pour pure lemon juice on it and leave it. Good luck.
