ok i need to get the second password to get inside the rocket warehouse. i already have "goldeen need log" or somthing. where do i find the other one? -thanks

The Sapphire plate can be obtained on island six. You have to use cut on the ruins door and enter. When you enter there will be holes, the correct way is:
1)North
2)West
3) East
4) South
A scientist will come and take the sapphire plate and run to the hideout giving you the second password. Return to the hideout with the second password and fight through the rockets, your reward will be the sapphire plate.

Oh yeah i had trouble on this part to. All you do is go to the ruins on 6 island that has the 4 holes and get to the bottom by going in them the right combination to get the sapphire the lil scientist guy will take it and hell give you the last password.
I think you have to battle him.
