only if they had cancer or other disfigurements but that's how i feel about all plastic surgery which is why its so expensive for the poor, disfigured to get restructured surgery because the rich spend it all [their money that is] trying to look like what they are not and not just trying to be normal! so that drives the price up on medical necessity's

I say to each their own. However, I personally have never thought that the size of a woman's breasts makes her any more attractive. It takes a little away from the pleasure knowing that this woman's breasts are not real. Most guys won't mind, but to me, a natural woman is a beautiful woman.

breast implants aren't needed to make a woman more beautiful, god did a good job with that on his own. small breasts or large breasts shouldn't matter so much, the media and entertainment business have skewed peoples perception of what beautiful is.

I would prefer them to be natural, i love the feel, and that way, i know they are confident with who they are without having to have large breasts to get noticed...
instead they rely on their personality, which i think can be a more beautiful thing..

large breasts are only more obvious, and by no means more attractive. Dolly Parton can't help it, but given an option modesty in all proportions is far more engaging than those obviously phoney globular protrusions.

I think they are buying a deformity. It looks ridiculous, like two huge inflated balloons with a huge space in between.

(Guy in disguise - rough voice, hairy face, etc.)
I think women who get implants are insecure and trying to make up for their shortcomings, whatever they think they may be.
