Nobody here is going to know the answer to something that obscure and specific. You need to speak to a few landlords in Mumbai. They know the answers and they are probably not reading Yahoo Answers.

As per the going rates in that locality,
For a 2BR flat, you will have to shell out an advance Deposit of Rs 80,00,000/- and monthly rent of Rs. 85,000/-only. OK ?
For Rs 4-5 k , you can sleep under a tree @ the most
