Did you recently turn on your heating system? Forced hot air systems are notorious for causing sinus related ailments. A room humidifier may be your answer. They need to be cleaned carefully, and regularly, to avoid spreading contaminated (mold, fungus) in the air. If you can't related it to your heating system, think about any pets you may have in your home. If they're shedding, due to the change in climate, and are climbing in your bed, the increase in dander might be the culprit.

Most people do not even realize that the two biggest causes of sinus discomfort are caused by the two things we use for our comfort. Heaters and Air Conditioners. If you have just started using your heater for the winter, you probably have the answer right there. Cold winter air is already dry due to the temperature reduction and the air's reduced ability to hold water (humidity). Then we further dry the air by heating it in a furnace. The reduced moisture in the air play havoc with your sinuses and your throat/mouth. To protect themselves, the sinuses will generate a coat of mucus to keep them from dying out to the point where they are damaged.

How can you help this? First, make sure you are drinking plenty of water. If you are not urinating frequently (every two or three hours), then you are not drinking enough water. Second, add humidity to your homes air. An inexpensive humidifier in the bedroom while you sleep will work wonders for keeping your mouth and sinuses moist. If you know for sure that it is not a humidity problem, then you need to see the doc about allergies, but you will have them during the day as well, so if it is just at night, check into a humidifier and drink lots of water...

when was the last time you changed your sheets/ pillow cases and bought a new pillow. You may be having a mild allergic reaction to dust mites that live in your bedding and when you lay down, you inhale their excrement. Dust mites live in bedding and are a major player in allergies.
Another thing may be dry air. Try a humidifier or vaporizer a few nights to see if that helps.
A final thing may be polyps in you nose, or sinus conditions that may need to be addressed by an otorhinolaryngologist (ent dr)
good luck

Maybe you have allergies.
You should buy a cover for your pillow and mattress, to keep out dust mites and alleregens. Can buy them at Walmart for a good price. Also clean your sheets and pillow case. Clean your room as well, like your floor, night table, dresser, to remove any excess dust.
