metro pcs, the service has gotten a lot better since it started $60 a month & i got no minutes, no contract, text messaging, picture messaging, long distance, phones themselves are a little expensive though but hey i'd rather pay $300 for a motorola razr than an $800 at&t bill or $500 for a cingular bill

Because we all change our pay as you go phones so often if numbers were not recycled we would run out of numbers
