It seems like a simple question but I am having a hard time finding specific jobs. I keep coming up with environmental engineering jobs but environmental management is not heavy in the subjects of math and science so it obviously isn't engineering. Help!

Have you looked for jobs at conservation organizations such as Conservation International, Nature Conservancy, etc? Also, the government may have specific jobs dealing with national parks management. A word of advice - unless you have plenty of experience under your belt, your first job will not be in a managerial position. You need to start at entry-level positions assisting managers or programs and learning more about your field.
