My daughter is 8 months old now, here's what we did a month ago:
8am bottle 6 oz
8:30am breakfast - 1 oz cereal (oatmeal, rice, whatever), 3 tbsp of a fruit
12pm lunch - yogurt mixed with the baby oatmeal cereal (she LOVES this - I know they say not to introduce yogurt before 8 months but I wanted her to have another milk product), 3 tbsp of fruit
2pm bottle 6 oz
6pm dinner - 1 oz rice cereal, 6 tbsp veggies
8pm bottle 6 oz then bed.
Works for us! Good luck!

No schedule for the 7 month here, just feed on demand. I usually give solids an hour or so after his first bottle and again sometime in the afternoon/evening an hour after a bottle.
This seems to be working fine for him, he's gaining weight and sleeps through the night.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner with snacks in between. I never measured the formula,,they ate what they wanted. The times always varied just like it does for many adults. I don't always eat lunch precisely at Noon. For food, my kids soft veggies, bread that was cut up real small, pureed fruits, soft cheeses etc. One of my kids would actually eat tiny cut up pieces of pizza at 6 months.

no schedule for us, I taught my child sign language starting at a very young age, she would sign eat to me when she was hungry starting at 6 1/2 months old. She was eating formula and fruits and vegetables homemade at that time.

Feed them when they are genuinely hungry. And only as much as they want to eat. Force feeding leads to fat kids and fat is unhealthy.
