Hi! First thing is first. You should find out when you are ovulating. If you do not want to buy an ovulation kit or a basal Body Thermometer and you want to do it the "free" way then I would suggest waiting a couple of months so you can see when your periods are. Once you figure out when your periods are, you can determine the middle point in between your cycles. The most fertile time is directly in the middle for about 2-3 days. For instance, If there were 28 days from the first day of my first period to the first day of my second period then my most fertile time would be about the 13th to the 15th day in between. I would play it safe and just do it for the 5 days in between.
Second, once you have sex (I am not crazy - doctors also tell women to try this at home) As soon as he pulls out - elevate your hips by placing a couple of pillows under them or place your legs on top of the headboard. Sometimes the sperm need a little guidance as to what direction they are supposed to be going. I found this very helpful. Worked like a charm. I didn't take any chances though, I placed my hands under my hips and held my legs and hips straight up in the air for about 2-3 minutes. I promise you that as long as you or your hubby doesn't have any medical conditions that keep you from getting pregnant then this will work. I have 3 kids...did the same thing everytime and only tried once for each of them.
Lastly, once you have your baby and if it is a boy I think you should name him Jayden. It is a nice strong name.
Hope this helps.

One thing you can do (if you have the funds) is to buy an ovulation test. This will tell you when you are the most fertile. Maybe go see your GYN and have him/her examineyou and make sure that you don't have any problems that would hinder you having a baby. Then your doctor (knowing you better than I do) could help you figure out some of the things you could try to get pregnant.
Good Luck.

The best advice I was ever given was, to stop all the worry over getting pregnant and it will happen. Honestly, its hard to stop the worry, but it really works. It seemed the time my husband and I stopped trying so hard we got pregnant. I mean, we did the ovulation test, we checked the calender, we check the cervical mucus, and nothing ever become of it. Let me tell you, I got pregnant once and lost the baby after the allotted time I tried clomid a fertility pill. I had no luck. So after I gave this a try I thought I couldn't get pregnant. We tried and tried. Well, almost 2 years later we got pregnant, and now we have a beautiful baby boy. We are ssssoooo Blessed. So my best advice that was ever given to me is to stop the worry. Your time will come. As hard as it is to wait. But Remeber good things happen when you wait.

To get pregnant you must have sex on a day that your eggs are being released.
After the 3rd day from the day that menses started put a thermometer into your mouth and check your body temperature every morning before you start turning in bed. The best time is at about 4 a.m. Maintain a chart. You will find that on one day the body temperature drops from 1/2 degree to one degree. This is the day that your eggs are being released. If you want to get pregnant this is the day that you must have sex. Tell your husband to ejaculate on his inward thrust so that the sperms will shoot deep inside.
After having sex you must stay in bed for about 30 mins with your knees bent up with a pillow under your buttocks so that the sperms will not pour out - to enable them to travel up.
Get your husband to save his sperms in the testacles for at least 3 days before sex to enable them to mature well to do their job.
