equation of the line is:
(y-0)/(x-3) = (0 - (-5))/(3-(-3))

y/(x-3) = 5/6

6y = 5x - 15

find gradient first, (y2-y1)/(x2-x1)
which is 5/6
so as, y=mx+c
m=5/6
put in (3,0) into eq 0=5/6 *3 +c
c=-5/2
so eq of line y=(5/6)x-(5/2)

m = -5/6

y=mx+b
0=3(-5/6) + b
b= -5/2

y=mx+b
y=-5/6 x -5/2
