If you are referring to electric clocks (works by a electric moter turning gears) and not electronic digital clocks, you should check your AC voltage throughout your house. It is probably too high. You can buy inexpensive multimeters at radio shack or most hardware stores. If you are running too high (or too low), you should contact your electric company immediately, as you can also damage your appliances and electronic equipment. I believe the acceptable range is from 115 to 125 volts.

If you are talking about clocks that plug in the wall, it's hard to bellieve they would be running too fast. The ones that plug in the wall synchronize to the 60 Hertz alternating current that the electric company supplies to your home. They utility companies are very accurate with the frequency of the incoming signal. If the clocks are battery operated, you just have bad luck.
