can it be 20%/30%, i mean at what vacancy rate that hotels satisfy with it

Being in the hotel industry for 20 years we dont look at occupancy we look at rev par, or revenue per available room. It gives a better understanding on how your property is doing. Just looking at occupancy will make you want to pull your hair out.
