The stance the airlines take is you can fly up to 28 weeks with no note, then from 28 weeks to 32 you need a letter from your doc saying you are fit to fly.
Some health practitioners advise against long haul flights in the first trimester due to the radiation possibly harming the developing baby, but I expect your average doctor would laugh at that.
I did a 27 hour flight when I was 4 weeks pregnant, and that was 3 months ago and my pregnancy is going fine.

Early on, if you and the baby are healthy, there are no problems with flying. However, some airlines do have rules regarding travelling much later on in the pregnancy - so ask if you are over 7 months' pregnant - or are likely to be when you fly.
Obviously, should you be having any problems with the pregnancy, check with your midwife or doctor.

(mind you, if airlines are so hot on flying late in pregnancy, why is the maternity hospital nearest to Heathrow so busy with mothers from abroad?! - I am sure that they would tighten up a great deal if they got charged for the cost of these deliveries!)

Yes,

Airlines will let you fly upto 8 weeks before your due date, any time after that and certain carriers will not allow you to fly.

In your condition it is fine no problems.

yes, there's no problem.Just drink lots of water and try to get up every 2 hours (even to go to the wc) if it's a long trip. Aklso you may wanna call the airline and ask what is their policy on this...many of them require a written note from your dr saying that is ok for you to fly.

Definitely not! I flew in early pregnancy and had a miscarriage (on the plane on the return flight). I flew on the advice of my Doc, but the paramedics who met me off my flight said that he gave me bad advice. You should never fly when you are pregnant.

its fine for now as long as youre less than 26 weeks pregnant. However, make sure you have health/ travel insurance just in case you are ill abroad. The last thing you need is a medical bill.

Yes. They only tell you not to fly once you are close to your due date (within 6 weeks or so)
