R&B is ok, but the hip hop, and rap gotta go. I can't under stand why people are so celebrated when all they do is take samples from, or even the entire music minus the lyrics from other songs, and talk in rhyme over them.
Underdog did better rhymes, CW McCall was the first Rapper.
True R&B is a great type of music. Quite a seperate entity from rap or hip hop.
The only thing I personally hate worse than Rap and Hip-Hop is that terrible asymetrical jazz.

Whoa, easy there cowboy. I'll give you rap and some of hip hop. Since I do not like them either. But you crossed the line when you mentioned r&b. That's good music. Granted todays r&b has alot of hip hop infused into it, but still it usually is a positive kind of music. Have you even listened to classic r&b? That is timeless, priceless music!
And what do you mean by "all that crap"? Black music all together? Do you know the influence that african american music has had on American, albeit World music? Were talking about: jazz, blues, ROCK AND ROLL, salsa, everything not classical basically.
Don't knock it all, some (hell most) of it is good.

I don't hate it but I do dislike the songs that are demeaning to women....some rap, hip hop are good, some have really good beats.

I do, all they do is degrade women and glorify viloence.sex and drugs but then again so does most of the music today that's why I dont listen to music it's a waste of time.

Everyone likes a good beat. but...If you like talented lyrics, a decent melody, song writing talent.....and if your not a street punk wannabe........

I wouldn't even consider rap a form of music. I can't stand it, your right it is total CRAP.I'd like to see these guy use an instrument.
