Info about that social credit party?

Do you now what the social credit party was campaning about at the time of the great depresses like tax cuts and givving mony to people and stuff like that

It was one of a number of similar parties; it appears to have started in Alberta, Canada. It was popularized by a minister named William Aberhart, but the ideas it espoused--direct cash payments to citizens in order to stimulate spending and improve the economy--were similar to other programs/proposals (including US Social Security.) The party had some success in Canada and other parts of the Commonwealth, but faded after 1980 or so.
