They started appearing several days ago. I noticed several new mounds in the past couple of days, as well as mounds in my neighbors lawn. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!

Yes, you have moles. Moles are there because you have grubs which they feed on. We found the best way to get rid of moles is to put down granular insecticide. We use the pellets and apply with broadcast spreader.

Hi,
It sure sounds like you do, cause just this summer we had the same thing happening, and it turn out to be gophers and it really got out of hand we had mounds popping up all over our yard. And if you have a mole or gopher try to get rid of it a soon as possible.

If you can step on the mounds and they give way then you have moles, but if they don't give way, it's more than likely ants. There are products on the market you can buy to get rid of them, but the best thing to do is to treat your lawn for grubs. This is what the moles are after and the grubs are easier to get rid of than the moles are.

i could say a mole, or vole. even in spite of the undeniable fact that prairie canines are community to that section, they stay and tunnel specifically communes. Moles and vols can disrupt or improve a competent quantity of soil. once you shovel the airborne dirt and dust away, you imprecise the hollow they bypass away ( or extremely, fill it decrease back in ). If extra mounds look, gently flow the soil utilising hand trowel.. you will in all probability come across a hollow. stable success with the varmints.

No this is a gofer. I hate them they tear up my yard and are extremely hard to get rid of. I see others have said ants but if it is ants you will see them all around the dirt.

Yes, you do. Put juicy fruit gum with a little elax wrapped together in the middle of the hole. Push it straight in don't disturb their tunnels any more than you have to or they won't eat it, but it will get rid of them!!!
