It is a special function key that pops-up context menus. These are the very same menus that usually pop-up when you right-click. This key can be extremely helpful if you ever need to navigate/operate using the keyboard alone. Apart from that it does not have any other function.

Could either be the alt key which is sometimes called the option or meta key or it could be the function key. It depends many keyboards put these type of keys in different places especially if its a laptop keyboard.

Its Property Key..
Its Show the same things what mouse Left Button Shows.
Its use-full when mouse not work or you want to work from Key Bord..

the key is just your mouse right button. press it and you will have right click menus popped up.
