DO YOU SOMETIMES FEEL INSECURE . AND TELL ME HOW MUCH TIME SHOULD I STUDY , DO NET SURFING , AND WATCH T.V .

Every person is different in the amount of time needed to prepare for a class. If you do the homework and assigned reading every day, you should be able to review quickly right before a test. Listening carefully in class, taking notes both in class and while you are reading, plus reviewing will make retention of the material easier. Spending time on the internet depends on what you are learning - the more information you can get on a subject, the better informed you are so using the internet as an education tool is great. Watching TV is the same - if you are watching the History Channel or something worthwhile, it is more education - if you watch trash, it is bad for your life morally and a waste of time. Our son spent a good bit of time on the computer as well as watching TV, sometimes had the TV on listening to it while he was on the computer! He loves to learn; he can converse with anyone on almost any subject; he has many friends because he is interesting; and he has a straight A average. We are not going to complain about the time he spends surfing the net or watching TV as long as he keeps his grades up and is watching educational material on TV.

I never feel insecure because I know my husband loves me. Right now, your studying should take more time than net surfing and watching TV.

Insecurity is not an objective evaluation of one's ability but an emotional interpretation, as two people with the same capabilities may have entirely different levels of insecurity.

everyone will feel insecure, it depends on their emotions at the time.
what you get out, is poportionate to what you put in.
everyone surfs, its a form of escapism and sometimes job description.
