Sure, let me just reach for my back pocket...
If you are serious, find yourself a proper investor, send them a proposing letter with an outline of your business plan and where all the money will go (do you really need $20 million? a bit greedy, isn't it?) - and of course what percentage of the company they will get for their investment. Be prepared to haggle.

I don't know how good your idea is, since your asking for the money on a yahoo service, but talk to banks, venture capitalists, or angel invetors (the latter two will probably only be viable if it's a tech idea)

Well, if you need that much money, then the idea isn't probably that fantastic. If it is, ask for it from the government and they will be glad to help.
