I want to build a home using recycled materials. whether it be rammed earth, old tires,bus converted, strawbale,adobe, or papercrete. I need to build this home in under a year.

First thing that you have to find out is that your new home meets the local building codes. You could be wasting your time and money if your home will not pass regs. Also, if it doesn't pass, how to apply for the necessary waivers to build. Then go to Mother Earth News to find the system that is best for your area.
