Easy Answer to this question my love ! Cancel the Contract and tell them why u want to in writing . If they Don't listen then don't pay them anything and just shout down the phone of they Ring you to Piss off ! I did this and they never phoned me again and the whole Contract got wiped ! X Easy way out . if they keep calling Phone Bt and get them to Stop the Number. They cant make you pay for something you have not payed for . If you want the best answer use pay as you go ! Miles better and you know what your using . Contract is a total con.

you are being penalised because you got a "free" phone when you signed your contract and Orange have to get their money back for the phone.. sadly you signed a contract and that is binding.. i find it strage though that your signal has disappeared, it would of made more sense that you never had a signal in the first place.. as Odessa R said, phone the head office .. there may be a transmitter problem, I do know that Orange had to take down loads of Transmitters because they didn't have planning permission for them, but that was years ago

Working at a local phone repairs business i would say that unless other people in your area have the same problem, its probably an internal malfunction in your own phone.its got nothing to do with orange wanting their money back so they block your signal because that's illegal. if the case is that most people have the signal gone in your area, i suggest that you ring orange direct and suggest a reconnection for you and most of the people in your area. mention your two year loyalty with them and I'm sure they will oblige. i think that should work Tc hope it helps!

You will have to pay. If you pay the remainder of your contracts line rental. Then thats it. you will still get a bill each month, just for info purposes, till the date of expiry but you will be disconected.and can then go elsewhere.

well if your contract is up then you can cancel with no fees.. they really cant charge you if its up.. try talking to another person or a superviser.. if not.. complain.. or port your number over to another carrier..
