Live simply only allows private properties from private landlords, so no fees to rich estate agents.
Agents charge up to 10% a year on rental income which landlords add to the rent. You also may have to pay contract and reference fees. On live simply you just pay the subscription fee, and thats it unlimited direct access to thousands of private properties.
