Hii..!! I use internet through some server which blocks access over sites like orkut, hi5 , Y!messenger etc. I can use Messenger by the help of meebo.com but dont have any website to substitute orkut or hi5. Can any body help? will be greatful.

I highly doubt there is a site out there that would let you do this. Y! Messenger is a program and the other two are social networks. Your accounts are stored in some sort of database on their servers. The coding of these sites is pretty much copyrighted, so the sites cannot be dupilicated. Maybe in the future there will be a way for you to check the messages that are on these type of sites but as of right, I haven't seen anything.

Yes, that is illegal. Go to the Labor Board in your local area and report it. In all actuality, you are only required to work 8 hrs. a day and no more that 40 hrs. a week. Anything over that is suppose to be overtime. You are being taken advantage of by your boss, and the sooner you take care of this matter, the better off you will be.

Yes there is a website called www.orkut.com its another allignment of google. But its not like meebo, rather, much like facebook. If you have a google/gmail ID, you can use the same ID on orkut

Yes there is an alternate of Orkut.com-->www.hikut.com.
it is same as orkut.com.
even on this you can find some cool snaps.
it is also based on friend network, scraps.
