The lady Terminator in T3 she was an improved version wasnt she?
The sentinals from X-men are pretty dangerous, Hulk busters, Giant mechs from Gundamwing, transformers, Dragonball Z (Perfect Cell could blow up a planet).
I cant think of anything else oh yeah what about all the robots from the Matrix they took over the planet.
Ahhh yes Unicron...he was pretty nasty. Have to say though if you have ever seen DBZ they are all ridculosly strong supermen that could blow up planets with energy beams.

Eva Unit 01 from Neon Genesis Evangelion.

Dont think Eva unit 01 would count. I would explain but i think it would spoil the non Evagelion watchers.
I was gonna say Androids 17 and 18. But they have parts that are human *cause they used to be totally human*. So i would have to go out of the anime aspect and agree on "T 1000"
