It has to be either Whites or Orientals. I would say blacks are the dumbest (no im not racist) its just that in school blacks always seem dumbest to me. Also they are the poorest. And as far as History goes I mean look at europe or Japan, and then look at Africa. Its like a complety different world of technology. I'm not a racist at all I just see what I see.

Well with a question posed like that how can you back it up by saying ur not racist??? Humans are humans. It doesnt matter what race you are, we all have brains n race doesnt limit how we use them. People come from different backgrounds and might have a different past that may limit as far as the amount of education available to them, but to generalize a whole race of people and call them "the dumbest" is plain ignorant. So before you point fingers and make racial remarks, how bout you pick up a history book?

Figuring that German's and Japanese perhaps were the smartest, did extensive testing and found that all races had very intelligent people and yes some of them were black.
They also found much to the German's dismay that every race had some very dumb people. Trying to prove German superiority. Hitler killed some scientist's for saying that.
enviroment had more to do with a person's intelligent than race.
Black children raised by black parents who were in the upper middle income bracket were smarter and more achievers than some white children raised the same way.
By the way I am white, German and English.
On the battle field I would rather have a black companion, they are cunning and strong, also very agile. Look at Opray Winfrey!

Well, i think you have never been somewhere else than your own town, there are more people, beautiful people out there... about who is smarter i think all of them and it has nothing to do with a race, to be smart or not comes from the families, if your father watch football all week, does not help with the dishes or vacuum the house well the kids are going ot be in the same way not smart at all, but if your parents are always giving you responsibilities and explain why things are like this and that well the kid is going to be smart, the brain works like a muscle if you train it, it will be the best but if you put TV, football, cartoons well what can you wait of that kid...

Well your going to be called a racist for posting a question like this. The reason that you percieve them to be so dumb is partially because they are so poor...and thier culture isn't one of a pursuit of higher learning. I used to tutor some young black kids in New York and the only thing they wanted to be when they grew up was a rapper or a basketball player...they don't view a world beyond that. Maybe for people like us who have more of a fortunate up bringing we need to find a way to help educate them so that in the future people don't see them in a negative way.

personally I don't like questions about ethnic superiority, I remember that about 65 years in Europe people were murdered, in millions, all for the twisted ideal of racial superiority.
since they were my race, I am a little more sensitive than others.
