NO because kids already have way too much time off from school. How can they learn if the school is closed??
I'd expect a question like this to come only from a child who hated going to school.

One argument is that since people vote at schools often, then they close the schools so kids won't get in the way or be affected by all the people there. Plus, they want to be fair to other kids, so they close all the schools. I don't really think they need to do it, but I can understand why.
They didn't close when I was in school, even though my HS was one of the polling places. A couple years later, they do close though. Guess the kids caused more trouble than it's worth.

No. What would the point be of closing the schools? You can't vote until the age of 18 anyway.

Yes, I think voting days should be considered holidays or at least half holidays so that it is easier for individuals to vote.
