I need the a step by step procedure. Even though there is an existing product already, i still need the procedure and methodology.

Sorry, I only know how to make shampoo for cars manufactured in assembly plants. I don't know how a homemade car would react to the same shampoo - I assume homemade cars have different material content than assembly-plant cars.
You might try Pep Boys or similar.
