I currently pay over £900 a month for one child (including some poorly calculated arrears for a time I was unemployed) yet 15% of my wages (which is what I would pay under the new system) is only £350.
At the current rate I'll be forced to leave work and earn nothing. On the new system we would all be happy and the mother would still get paid the due amount all the time, on time.
Is there any way to get a case moved onto the (fairer) new system?
Thanks.

no. there is not im afraid.

all those on the old system get the worse deal and thats just the way the cookie crumbles.

apparently everyone on the old system will eventually be moved onto the new system.

dont think there is, have u tried talking to ur ex and agreeing on a fixed amount per month without the csa been involved, its worth a try, just compromise with each other, if u come to an agreement then she can put her case on hold due to u both sorting it out between us, i did this with my ex as he was paying me £400+through the csa per month, i just wanted a regular income to help us with the up bring of the kids we talked and agreed on £175 per mth for 2 children............its worth a try
