You have some good endings there. I tend to enjoy the "they all die in the end" movies. Descent, 2001 Maniacs, House of 1000 Corpses, Freddy vs. Jason, etc...
One of my all time favorite is Aliens (well besides the T-Rex roaring beside the banner "When Dinosaurs Ruled the Earth"). The ending occurs in real time as Ripley races to save Newt as the base starts it's countdown.
