You mean put the feathers back on? If you pluck a bird, you take them off. So to "unpluck" would be to glue them back. Interesting idea. Weird for the bird, but interesting. I had an uncle whose toupee looked a little like that.

Yes and chickens - it a hard plucking job - getting the last bit out is the hardest. They have electric pluckers now apparently - I wonder how they work - perhaps grab and vibrate or something and then remove the feathers. I'd Google Turkey pluckers - but I'm not in the plucking mood! lol
