Ouija boards are not supernatural. You can achieve the same results by holding a weighted string over a line with "yes" and "no" on each end, and see which was the string moves toward.
Ouija boards only measure your subconscious responses. They are not mediums to the spirit world.

Depends.
I'm a bit of a skeptic, but I DO belive it is possible to invite negative energies into your life.
Don't do it unless you feel safe.
Maybe investigate how to "cleanse your aura" with visualisation techniques first.
Don't jump into the dark with no batteries in the torch, in other words!
