My feet are dull and tanned due to shoemarks & sun exposure. Give me some immediate home remedy tips to improve the look of my feet. I am worried. Plse help. I am waiting. Also my hands are tanned due to sun exposure and the parts which were covered are fair so can see the difference. Plse help how to regain the natural look.

hi my friend ! if u want healthy and shiny feet just follow four things...1.)keep them clean 2)massage them with oil ,or foot care cream 3) do scrub them twice a month 4)always choose comfortable foot ware. and find u will see difference soon!!!

yours is a situation faced by many people in tropical climates. there is no immediate remedy for this but over time, this whitening will disappear.

first you choose a sun screen lotion and start applying on the exposed portions of your body two or three times a day. duringg night time, just before uyou retire, pls apply cold cream or vaseline lotion on your arms, feet, face and neck. if you keep your body clean all the time and moist with creams, your skin will automatically absorb all the chemicals that help protect your body from harmful xrays (which originally caused your skin to go white)

u can apply lemon juice over your hands and feet onehour before taking bath. u apply some sunlotions on your hands and feet when u go out.lemon juice can make the hardness and blackness into softness and lightcoloured skin, Try this no harm will come.
