People in my class at school say I' m really skinny, when I'm getting changed for P.E. They say in a jealous way, and i love it when they say it.
But my best friend says I can't be skinny cos I'm the same size as her. I don't mean to be rude but she's on the chubby side. I only told her i was the same size as her cos she was down.
Should I tell her I'm a 8 or should I not.

i'm a 14 and on a good month I may be a 16 and I'd rather have the body of a woman than the body of a boy.you sound as if you're headed for food issues,eating is a part of life.you are happy to be called skinny,well what 's gonna happen if they start to call you fat?will you then starve your self?you are thinking wrong and you have values that are superficial,only concrened with the out side.change your inside thinking or you will be bulimic or anorexic one day.your dress size isn't at all important,there are so many other things you could be dealing with besides your outside,

ok are they saying oh your really skinny or eww your really skinny? and if she is your friend and your a friend to her whats it matter her size or your size? an not to be mean but a 8 isnt far from a 10 and an 8 is far from super model size so stop being self centered

I don't think so. She's just chubby, right? She's not really fat. She'll get over the baby fats soon. I mean, you don't want her to get all crazy and paranoid about her weight. I'm sure she's not bad. Why don't you go do something together like exercise together? I'm sure she will lose those extra pounds and you'll be the same size. Hey.. what do you know, right?

No your not being selfish! at the end of the day you are who you are! don't take this to heart as she is your friend but it sounds to me your friend may be jealous! but you wouldn't want to be " skinny" but it is nice to be slim! I'm 19 and size 8! i can also fit into age 13! lol

Size shouldnt be such an issue!
As long as you and she are healthy and fit, who cares what size you are.
Your friend does sound a bit jealous of the attention that your getting. But personally I'd be happier if they were complimenting me on being a really nice person, or being smart or something.

Me thinks you need to find a hobby, after all, I guarantee, that, you will not allways be a size, 8. Oh by the way I.m a size 6 and have a face like Angelina Jolie! Ha!

All of you can stop bragging now, i am a size o, so not. If it makes your friend feel good thinking she is the same size as you, let her think that way. Should be no skin of your back. Cost absolutely nothing making someone feel good about themselves hey.:))

if you really want to be a true friend just tell her the truth.. but in a nice way.. you're not being selfish, you're just telling the truth.. if she's a true friend she'll understand and will not think of any negative things about you.. besides, it's not the size which makes a woman sexy or good-looking, it's in the way she carries herself

she's happy not knowing (although its a pointless thing to lie about in the first place)
the only reason you want to tell her is cos you want one up on her, i think you have low self esteem and maybe like to make yourself feel good by putting others down

and help raise her self-esteem..
