Asia is the largest continent and Africa is the second largest.
North and South America are the third and fourth largest respectively
Asia, Africa and Europe (6th Largest) combined would be larger than the combined Americas
I think I've heard the term Eurafrasia to describe this combined continent. Not sure if it's a 'proper' scientific term though.

Depends on what you mean by "land", actually.
Our planet is basically solid, with some large pools of water on its surface. With this definition, it would have to be the "crust" of the planet as the largest landmass.
If you're talking about those portions which stick up above the water surface, it would be the combined area of Europe+Asia (basically, everything from the Suez Canal eastward to the Pacific).
