Hi. I've worked and studied in the Netherlands. It's very difficult to work whilst you're studying, because you need to speak Dutch even for cleaning and catering jobs. The only option for most foreigners is to work in factories.
As for jobs in Business after graduating, I'm sure thats much easier. I know quite a few non Dutch speakers working in great jobs in Amsterdam and Den Haag. Most of the big companies are based in the Amsterdam Zuid region near the airport and dotted all around the ranstad area. Have a look at the website for help choosing a course (see link).
With regards to the other posters, they don't speak French in Holland. They're thinking of Belgium. English and some dutch are important to live and study in Holland. Groetjes!

Go to the Dutch consulate in the country you live in and see what you need to do to get a working visa. I am a European (o visa needed) and lived and worked in the Netherlands for 15 years, I know many people who couldn't speak a word of Dutch, but if you want to get on you really have to learn Dutch, French will get you no where, no one speaks French as a first language in The Netherlands (it's Begium that is bi-lingual). English is widely spoken as is German. You will most likely get into the country if you can get a job from a large company and they are willing to arrange visas etc, try the big accountancy firms or other multi-nationals that operate in The Netherlands. Good luck.

netherlands may be beautiful but there are many restriction for indian as well as non eu students. which has made non eu student life very difficult unless u r very rich to pay the full course fees plus living cost and other expenses.  u can look into the information sites and u can clearly see that 10 hr/week work cannot help u with living cost . and finding work is very difficult . it will be ur luck and simply miracle to find a job. your employer should work for ur work permit. i.e no way you will find any employer to work for ur work permit. because the paper work is very long may take 3 to 6 monts to get it.  how can we wait for this long time?? ur pocket money will finished until u get this permit. and another thing is about tax which 30% tas ruling in netherlands. i dont think any non eu student will make it to netherlands unless your parents invest for whole programme year. including everything .
US, UK, AUSTRALIA ARE THE COUNTRIES THAT ARE THE STUDENT BEST DESTINATION TO STUDY AND WORK.

in one to a minimum of one assembly Dutch people you will in all probability not have issues, maximum Dutch talk English and are keen or maybe happy to talk it with you. yet once you're in a team and the majority are Dutch the language spoken would be Dutch. so which you would be able to omit available. i assume you would be having your instructions in English, as you heavily isn't waiting to persist with instructions in Dutch except you're fluent. that's in all probability that there are a number of distant places pupils the place you learn and that there'll be diverse communities mixed of Dutch and travellers or which you will detect in general only Dutch and only non Dutch communities. in case you may get instructions in Dutch the place you reside i could take them, yet Dutch isn't usually taught out of the country. in case you do not yet study a 2nd language take instructions, in Dutch if available, in German as 2nd selection as that's a quite appropriate language, or in any language just to coach you for gaining information of a clean language. German ought to not do you diverse stable, even though it ought to enable you to in be attentive to-how Dutch, however the thoughts-set of gaining information of a clean language is going to prevail. further: I wrote my answer on a similar time as Bla bla published hers. I thoroughly agree together with her and think of her adventure is greater to the element. I shop my answer up simply by academic language bit in it.

They speak Dutch and French and don't employ foreigners unless necessary and when they don't have someone available from there. But there is no harm in trying. Try learning how to speak French and Dutch though.
