I dont know if it is a law for sure, but it can be called creating a hostile work enviroment. The company I work for has written guidelines for this issue. If you have a problem like this you report it to Human Resources and they inform the offender. If it contnues that person can be fired.

No. Unless it is taking some form of sexual harassment, they are protected by the First Amendment, but an employer shouldn't put up with it because it obviously impairs the working conditions of some (you) and would certainily diminish the quality of that businesses performance.

Yes, it comes under sexual harassment, wherein if a co-worker constantly uses offensive or suggestive language, you may request him/her to stop. Should your co-worker fail to stop, you may report this problem to your manager, and they are bound to intercede, on your behalf. The usual intervention is sensitivity training, for the co-worker.
