No, Money can not purchase wisdom or love. Money can not purchase character. There are so many other things in life that are beyond the reach of money.The purchasing capacity of money is confined to mundane objects.

Everything can't be bought by money because money is created by man and not GOD. Whatever little but beautiful things created by GOD like love, affection, respect, .... cant's be bought by money since they are priceless. To buy something with money the price need to be fixed for the same. What is priceless cannot be baught by money.

Not even Royalty (you posted your question in the Royalty section) can buy "everythings" using money and can not buy "everythings" using things other than money.
