In your temporary internet files folder which you can locate via > Tools > Internet Options > general tag then look under the settings button of the temp internet files section

START, Control Panel (Click on to open). Go to Internet Options (double click), see Temporary Internet Files?, Click on Settings, see Cookies.

install yahoo toolbar, with yahoo anti-spy. this will find tracking cookies and remove them. you're cookies are also in a temp internet folder which is in Tools>internet options

right click on yr internet explorer icon on desktop
then properties
ther u can delete cookies
even history
ok do it
