If you meant B for bonus share, there is nothing relation with ordinary share and bonus share. In a company, firstly issued shares are generally all ordinary shares, some company issued preferred share along with ordinary share. Values are same; at the time of winding up of the company preferred shareholders get early payment than ordinary shareholders.

After successful of operation, company may declare bonus share to the all-existing shareholders instead of cash dividend. Number of shares increase due to issuing these bonus share and company can retain the fund for business.
