H-m-m. Let's see. If you blow air out in space in a FORWARD direction you will indeed move backward, according to Newton's Third Law of Motion (For every action there is an equal and opposite reaction)
Actually, though, out in space your lungs would immediately explode and your blood would boil.

If you were just sitting in space, and you somehow managed to stay alive...then yes, you would move back. Barely. The movement would be negligible. See, the force of those molecule being expelled versus the tendency of your own large mass tending to stay in it's state of rest is no competition. Your large mass wins, so you move just about not at all.
