If your from Manila... you are very lucky..... visit UP Diliman SPED Dept..... or if you want smaller place to do research... you can go to Marikina... in front of Hope Christian School... there is a small school there for Special Education named Eucharistiana Center for Special Children.... look for teacher Mon.... tell him regards from Teacher Jerry.... sorry... i havent remember the history of SPED in the Philippines!!!

im from the Philippines...

as far as I know, the educational system of the Philippines came from the Americans...
